Which email clients are supported?
We render perfectly in Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and most other modern clients. If a client doesn't support interactive elements, we gracefully fall back to a link-based survey.
Can I include multiple questions in one email?
Absolutely. Add as many questions as you need—use conditional logic to show follow-ups only when relevant, and keep the email streamlined for your audience.
Is there a limit on team members or workspaces?
Nope! Every plan comes with unlimited members and unlimited workspaces, so you can collaborate freely without seat-based fees.
What happens if I exceed my monthly response limit?
Once you hit your included response volume, overage responses are billed at a low, per-response rate (e.g. $0.03 each), or you can upgrade to a higher tier for more included responses.
